London - Day 1

  Dear all, Ive got all the pictures already. Hence I shall blog about my holiday trips. During this 1 week holiday we travelled to London & Barcelona. Its the first time we are travelling on budget!!! We stay in hostels for goodness sake, not hotels but HOSTELS -_-. You know we are poor students... So our means of transport was plane, budget airline haha it can be really cheap can!!! So guys you can check this up when you tend to travel round Europe next time.

Ok this sounds crazy but you know in order for us to save money, we spent a night in London Stansted Airport. Man London sounds nice but you know how dirty & dis-organized their airports are? I start to feel proud of Changi Airport at that instance

We spent a torturesome night in the airport before meeting up with the guys who caught the soccer match. Man united vs Newcastle in St James Park =). P.S: Yj i didnt catch that match la so pls dont hate me, it wasnt in Old Trafford and it was an 8 hours bus ride up to Wales.

Dear guys, my apologies for not updating regulary (Come on John's more worse isnt he?) Hehe... Ok Im going to breach the contract I made to bro Ivan & sis Yj this time, I wont be blogging on my London & Barcelona trip. I Repeat..

I'm NOT going to post the pictures today. Reason being: Theres 2000+ over pictures for god damn sake!!! I just arranged it neatly in my pictures folder and you guys wont want me to lose my sight wont you'all? So for entertainment purposes, I shall blog about my shopping trip which happened 3 weeks ago (ok im feeling guilty @ this point in time for not blogging)

We headed down to Tubingen, Southern part of Germany.... 2 hours of train ride, man I swear my buttcheeks were flatten by the train ride. To satisfy our shopping crave we decided to spend two nights in Tubingen just to shop

Porsche, like what Meg said in her blog its damn common seeing sports cars all over in Europe. I've get used to it by telling myself its PERFECTLY normal seeing SLKs, SLRs, BMW z series, Lambo, Porsche, Audi R8 (YJ!!! can you see this) all over Germany.

Fasching

Apologies for not blogging recently, I was busy with school stuff etc. Happy chinese new year to you guys!!! Hope you guys had good turnover for business this year (Angbaos!!). Unlike me, I dont have any red packets this year haha. Ok lets get back to the main topic Fasching. We had an outdoor rope course last thursday to friday. It's like a mini survival camp. I shall upload the photos one day since they are not with me at the moment. Damn trust me it wasn't easy even after attending how many camps and OBS.

Fasching -In Germany, Fasching is the one occasion in the year when they truly allow themselves to go crazy. Germans put on masks and get wild!! Theres a myth since olden days where people dressed themselves up to ward away evil witches.

So I was dressed as an angel. Yes ANGEL you guys, I've always been an Angel all along isnt it  Coincidently, it was Tjasa's birthday on the 31st of Jan. The french students were sweet enough to bake a cake for her

We partied till 3/4am. Seriously I couldnt remember clearly I was a lil drunk that night too much of Beer/shots/champagne. It was Fun Fun Fun!!! We couldnt call a cab back to the campsite, damn it was really scary at the point in time. We thought we were going to walk 6KM back to the site. Luckily a lady offered to fetch us back at 9Euro. If not.......... haha

This is another party which I wanna blog about =) Our landlord, Christian invited us to this Masquerade party damn it was fun.

Wurzberg

 Alright guys it's time that I show you guys on Wurzberg. Its another tourist attraction in Germany. This time is slightly further than Heidelberg. An hour and 1/2 by train and an hour by car.

GOD DAMN Pat Tai is early that day!!! We agreed to meet at 930am train station, but none of the internationals turned up except for the french students. Reason being: We had a crazy house party at Schachin & Dick's place the previous night. It was all about beer, dancing, singing... We definetly had lotsa lotsa lotsa FUN!! I was thinking, if only Singaporeans party this way too. To be frank, it can be fun without entering the clubs too

Shall upload the pictures in a later date, Schachin lost his thumbdrive  All the photos gone like the wind.

Hence the french students decided to drive us there as it's faster and cheaper. It was really nice of them to drive us down to Wurzberg =) I shall let pictures do the talking then

Dear all, today's post will be more on how this 6 pathetic bunch of pampered brats from Singapore survive in Europe =)

Our first meal of RICE yes its that significant R-I-C-E!! It was cooked in Schachin & Dickson's place. Damn the taste of rice with curry was just so great =) Kudos to Schachin for bringing these Indian Delicacies from Singapore. Damn it was good

We went crazy with the sight of the Mighty Rice  

Come on everyone knows I cant cook so i do the dishes. Stop calling me a Spoilt Brat. Pat Tai is a spoilt brat no more!! Evidence!!!

Then we always cook. Reasons being its so much cheaper & it reminds you of home hmmm
